My role is to work alongside you and, before anything else, to listen to you and your story.
Women are beautifully complex. We are not the same person every day. Our hormones ebb and flow throughout the month, influencing everything from our mood and energy to our immune system, digestion and brain function. Add in infections, trauma, environmental exposures, nutritional deficiencies and the demands of modern life, and it's easy to see why complex health conditions rarely have a single cause.
Yet our healthcare system often isn't designed for complexity. We're given ten minutes, expected to talk about one symptom, receive one diagnosis and leave with one solution. But chronic health conditons don't work like that. Everything is connected.
It's no wonder so many women find themselves in the medical wilderness - feeling dismissed, unheard, frustrated and left trying to join the dots on their own.
That's where I come in.
Our first session isn't about rushing to fix you. It's about listening. I'll put on my health detective hat and take the time to understand your story, your timeline and the events that have shaped your health. Because when we understand how you got here, we can start to uncover what's keeping you here - and build a personalised roadmap towards better health.
My role isn't to hand you another list of rules or tell you what you "should" be doing.
It's to give you the knowledge, tools and confidence to understand your own body so that you can make informed decisions and take control of your health, long after our sessions have finished.
Whether you're living with M.E. PoTS, Long COVID or post-viral fatigue, MCAS, histamine intolerance, perimenopause, metabolic dysfunction, persistent digestive symptoms, or simply know something isn't right despite being told your blood tests are "normal", I'll meet you where you are.
Health isn't about following someone else's protocol. It's about discovering what your body needs.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all nutrition or generic wellness advice. Every client brings a unique story, health history, genetics, environment, lifestyle and set of challenges. My job is to help you connect the dots, understand what's driving your symptoms and build a plan that is realistic, achievable and sustainable for you.
I'll guide, educate and support you. Together we'll focus on simple, meaningful changes that fit your life and create momentum.
Knowledge really is power. When you understand why your body is reacting the way it is—and why certain foods, nutrients, habits and environmental changes matter - every action and change stops feeling like hard work and starts making sense.
We'll explore everything that influences your health, including nutrition, gut health, blood sugar balance, hormones, sleep, stress, movement, nervous system regulation, environmental toxins, mould, water, air quality and the products you use in your home. Because health doesn't start in the medicine cabinet - it starts in the environment you live in every single day.
Above all, I want you to leave our sessions feeling hopeful. Your body isn't broken; it's communicating.
Once you learn to understand those messages, you can begin working with your body instead of feeling like you're constantly fighting against it.
Small, consistent changes create extraordinary results. I'll be by your side every step of the way.
Your Initial Health Detective Session -WHAT TO EXPECT
90 Minute Appointment
Before we meet, the detective work begins.
You'll complete a comprehensive health questionnaire, giving me the opportunity to understand your health history, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, supplements, lifestyle and goals. I take the time to carefully read every detail, analyse the information you've shared, research where needed and make my own notes before we meet.
You'll also complete a three-day food diary, which I'll review in advance to identify nutritional patterns, potential triggers, gaps and opportunities that we can discuss together during your consultation.
The work starts before your appointment. By the time we meet, I'll already have carefully reviewed your health history, analysed your food diary and started joining the dots. That means we can spend our session digging deeper, exploring patterns and discussing where we go from here.
During your 90-minute consultation, I'll listen to your story with my health detective hat firmly on. Together we'll explore the possible drivers behind your symptoms and discuss my initial professional observations and recommendations.
Following your consultation, you'll receive a complimentary copy of The Histamine Handbook - my comprehensive guide to understanding histamine, mast cells, autoimmunity, environmental triggers and practical strategies to support your health. This is your reference tool as you continue your journey.
Follow-Up Sessions - 60 minutes
Healing isn't about rigid protocols, endless food rules or trying to be "perfect". It's about learning to understand your body, to hear it, building confidence in your own decisions and making sustainable changes that work for you.
My follow-up sessions are completely client-led. We'll focus on what's most important for you in that moment, not what I think you should be doing. Some sessions may centre around nutrition, supplements or symptom management. Others may explore sleep, stress, mould exposure, hormones, nervous system regulation, relationships, purpose, boundaries or simply finding more joy in your life.
I believe true health is about so much more than the food on your plate. It's about living in alignment with your biology and the world around you. We'll explore circadian rhythms, light exposure, movement, cellular health, your home environment, your relationships, your mindset and the things that truly light you up.
Of course, we will always look for the quick wins. If reducing high-histamine foods, addressing blood sugar balance or making simple nutritional changes is likely to move the needle, we'll absolutely do that. But my goal isn't to have you endlessly following a list of foods to eat and foods to avoid.
My goal is to empower you.
To give you the knowledge, confidence and tools to understand your body, trust your intuition and manage your health with confidence. One of my favourite quotes is from Glinda in The Wizard of Oz: "You've always had the power, my dear.. you just had to learn it for yourself....." My role isn't to hold the power- it's to help you rediscover your own.
I'll educate, guide, challenge and cheerlead you along the way, but I'll also encourage you to trust yourself and your intuition above anything and anyone else. Your body is constantly communicating with you. Together, we'll learn how to listen.
And here's the truth... my greatest success isn't creating clients who need me forever. It's creating clients who don't. My goal is for you to not need me. To disappear into the ether and live your best life.
Nothing brings me more joy than receiving photos from people I've worked with who are off on holiday, hiking a mountain, dancing at a wedding, playing with their grandchildren or simply living a life they never thought they'd have again. Those are the messages that make my heart burst.
Because perfect health isn't the end goal. Living a life of purpose and joy is.
Good health gives you the freedom to live with gusto and make plans, experience joy, share your gifts with the world and become the person you were always meant to be.
